Due to the latest global developments regarding Coronavirus a 100% deposit is payable on all services booked using the Urban Retreat online booking system, over the phone or in salon.

The Urban Retreat Customer Service Team are notified of you wanting to change or cancel the appointment, at least 24 hours prior to your booking, over the phone. If the Urban Retreat Customer Service Team are not notified 24 hours prior to your booking, you will lose your deposit in full. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
Please note, we are closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s therefore, all Tuesday appointment changes must occur before close of business on the Saturday just passed, in order to be within the 24 hours gap.
